FOR YOUR SOUL × XAMADHI

Back to the Root

Returning to the roots is an invitation to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what's essential.

November 5–8, 2026 · Xamadhi, Selva Maya, Mexico

Do you remember the last time you felt your feet on the ground without thinking about anything else?

Returning to the roots is an invitation to put down your phone for a moment, slow down, and return to a simpler, more present way of living life.

During these days in the Mayan jungle, you will have the space to breathe more deeply, feel the earth, listen to the sounds of nature, and allow each experience to be lived without haste or distractions.

What does "going back to basics" really feel like?

Through movement, rest, silence, rituals, and shared moments, you'll be able to reconnect with yourself and forge genuine bonds with a community that arrives with a similar intention: to pause, open up to new experiences, and remember the value of being truly present.

More than an escape from routine, this retreat is an opportunity to experience what it feels like to live with less noise and more connection; fewer screens and more eye contact; less hurry and more presence.

It's not about becoming someone different, but about creating the necessary space to remember who you are when you stop responding to the outside world and start listening to yourself again.

Because when we let go of distractions, we return to the body.
When we get closer to nature, we remember our own rhythm.
And when we share from a place of presence, we stop feeling alone.

Returning to the root is an invitation to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what is essential.
