Hi, I'm Ariana

I am the creator of Pa Tu Alma, a space born from the desire to share tools that help us live with more presence, calm, and intention.

For a long time, I searched for ways to feel more connected with myself. On that journey, I discovered that well-being was not found in doing more, but in learning to pause; in breathing deeply, listening to the body, and returning, again and again, to what is essential.

This is how yoga, meditation, sound healing, and conscious rituals stopped being merely personal practices and became a way of life, and over time, my calling.

Today, I have the privilege of accompanying other people on that same path, creating spaces where they can disconnect from the daily noise and reconnect with themselves.

My Philosophy

I believe that well-being is not about chasing perfection.

It's about learning to listen to ourselves, honoring our own rhythms, and creating small moments of presence amidst everyday life.

I believe in the power of rituals. In transforming simple actions — like breathing, preparing a cup of tea, unrolling your mat, or lighting a candle — into acts full of intention.

Because when we live with intention, life itself becomes a ritual.

My wish is that every Pa Tu Alma experience is a space where you can feel safe to slow down, connect with your body, cultivate calm, and remember that everything you need to return to yourself already lives within you.

My path

I am a certified Yoga instructor (200 hours) by The House of Om in Bali, and a Sound Healing facilitator with advanced training from the Maestros del Sonido School in Chile.

Over time, I have also delved into practices such as Yin Yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, and various wellness tools that are now part of every experience I share.

My approach integrates conscious movement, rest, breathing, sound, and presence, seeking to create accessible, human, and deeply restorative experiences.

What I'm sharing today

Through Pa Tu Alma, I guide people through experiences designed to reconnect with their bodies, nature, and the present moment.

Today I share:

  • Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga classes.
  • Private yoga and Sound Healing sessions.
  • Group experiences and ceremonies.
  • Immersive nature retreats.
  • Mats intentionally created to accompany a conscious practice.

Beyond teaching yoga, my intention is to create spaces where people can breathe more deeply, listen to themselves more clearly, and remember that well-being is also built from gentleness, rest, and connection.

I am inspired to support each person in their own process, encouraging them to trust themselves, live authentically, and dare to build a life aligned with what they truly desire.

How Pa Tu Alma Was Born

Pa Tu Alma was born as a love letter to conscious well-being.

I wanted to create a space where yoga, sound, nature, community, and rituals could come together to offer purposeful experiences.

Over time, that dream grew.

Today, Pa Tu Alma is not just yoga classes. It's a community, a space for sharing, retreats to return to the essentials, experiences that invite us to disconnect from the noise, and products created with the intention of accompanying moments of presence on and off the mat.

The name reflects exactly what I wish to share:

Something born from my soul that I offer, with love, for your soul.

Thank you for being here

Thank you for being a part of this journey. I hope that in Pa Tu Alma you find a space where you can always return when you need to breathe, slow down, reconnect with nature, with your body, and with yourself.

It will be an honor to accompany you, even if for a moment, on that journey back to yourself.

With love, Ariana
