Why live this experience?

Because sometimes we need to get away from the noise to hear what really matters again.

We live surrounded by screens, notifications, to-dos, and constant stimulation. We spend a large part of the day digitally connected, but we rarely give ourselves space to connect deeply with our bodies, with nature, and with the people in front of us.

Returning to the Roots is an invitation to put down your phone for a moment, slow down, and return to a simpler, more present way of living life.

During these days in the Mayan jungle, you will have the space to breathe more deeply, feel the earth, listen to the sounds of nature, and allow each experience to be lived without haste or distractions.

Through movement, rest, silence, rituals, and shared moments, you will be able to reconnect with yourself and create genuine bonds with a community that comes with a similar intention: to pause, open up to new experiences, and remember the value of being truly present.

More than escaping the routine, this retreat is an opportunity to experience what it feels like to live with less noise and more connection; fewer screens and more gazes; less haste and more presence.

It's not about becoming someone different, but about creating the necessary space to remember who you are when you stop responding to the outside world and start listening to yourself again.

Because when we let go of distractions, we return to the body.
When we get closer to nature, we remember our own rhythm.
And when we share from presence, we stop feeling alone.

Returning to the Roots is an invitation to disconnect from the noise to reconnect with what is essential.

The internships

Breathwork · Temazcal · Sound healing · Meditation · Cacao

Each practice has been created with an intention: to slow down, open our hearts, and re-inhabit our lives with more presence, clarity, and connection.

We will walk barefoot, sing, meditate, share cacao, enter the temazcal, swim in cenotes, and gather around the fire.

Frequently Asked Questions

Transportation

How do I get to the retreat?

The retreat will take place at Xamadhi, located in the Mayan Jungle, approximately 80 minutes from Cancun International Airport.

Yes. For those who wish, we organize an optional group shuttle from Cancun International Airport to Xamadhi.
