Thank you for supporting Pa tu alma YOGA | SOUND HEALING.
We take great care to ensure that every product and service reflects our values of mindfulness, integrity, and well-being.

This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for both physical and digital items purchased through our Shopify store.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • You must contact us before shipping your return.

Please email us at info@patualma.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or opened items.

  • Digital content such as downloadable meditations, videos, or sound healing recordings.

  • Live or pre-recorded yoga and sound healing classes once delivered or attended.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@patualma.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement product,

  • A store credit, or

  • A full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).


5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first.
If the issue persists, email us at info@patualma.com and we’ll assist you.


6. CLASS & SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
  • You may cancel a class or private session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a reschedule or credit.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • If a class is canceled by us due to technical or personal reasons, you’ll receive a replacement session or store credit at no additional cost.
