We’re happy to bring our yoga and sound healing products directly to your home.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, delivery, and international orders.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed through Shopify and prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Orders cannot be modified once processing has started, so please double-check your information at checkout.
2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship from California, USA to both domestic and select international destinations.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (if available).

Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to selected international countries.

Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

5. TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your order has shipped, tracking updates will be provided via email.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
7. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
