What do I need to bring to a Sound Bath?
Bring your yoga mat , a blanket or light sweater , comfortable clothes , and, if you like, a pillow or eye mask for extra comfort. Ideally, you'll want to feel completely at ease so you can relax and absorb the vibrations. And, of course, don't forget your water !

After each practice, gently wipe the surface with a damp microfiber cloth.
