My name is Ariana, and I’m a curious explorer of life, passionate about art, nature, and the path of personal and spiritual growth.
Throughout my journey, I’ve experienced spirituality through different perspectives and traditions. Today, two of the most powerful ways I connect with myself and others are through sound and yoga, practices that bring me presence, awareness, and expansion.
My connection with sound healing began during a trip to Puerto Rico, at a time when I was searching for answers and purpose. During a casual conversation with a friend, the topic came up, and something within me awakened, a deep curiosity that felt both natural and familiar.
That little seed took root in my heart and eventually led me to study at Maestros del Sonido school in southern Chile, where I completed both the basic and advanced levels. Since then, sound has become a gateway to infinite possibilities, a way to connect with my spirituality and to hold space for others in theirs.
I discovered my passion for being a channel, a bridge that facilitates healing and generates pure energy for the heart.
My yoga journey began over three years ago and has become an essential part of my life, physically, mentally, and spiritually. On April 19, 2025, I received my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training certification at House of Om in Bali, Indonesia, an experience that deepened my understanding of anatomy, breath, and the body–mind–spirit connection.
This path has allowed me not only to strengthen my own practice, but also to guide others with presence and awareness in their process of exploration and transformation, blending the discipline of yoga with the authenticity and intuition that every body and every heart uniquely need.
Along this journey, I’ve been able to feel, observe, and experience firsthand the power of sound, breath, and mindful movement, tools that guide us toward calm, presence, and alignment, nurturing the mind, body, and soul.
Today, it’s an honor for me to share these experiences with you, an invitation to release what no longer serves you, to transform the patterns that limit your well-being, and to feel lighter, more aligned, and empowered.
In each session, I integrate sound, yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, and other practices that have deeply guided and transformed me on my own path.
