Ari's sound baths are magical. I had the opportunity to do it with my family and it was an angelic experience. The sounds led us down a path of connection, and Ari’s voice led us deeper into our journeys. All you need is your yoga mat , comfortable clothing , and water . If the class is outdoors, you can bring a towel or sunscreen. The key is to come with an open mind and the intention to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Classes are Vinyasa Flow style, where movement is synchronized with breath. Each practice is intuitive and flows with the energy of the moment , adapting to the group, the environment, and whatever is needed that day—sometimes more active, other times more gentle and restorative.

What is a Sound Bath?

It's an immersive sound experience that promotes deep relaxation, meditation, and healing . During the session, you lie comfortably while instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, bells, and soft drums are played, creating vibrations that balance body and mind. No previous experience is required; just let yourself be carried away by the sound.

What do I need to bring to a Sound Bath?

Bring your yoga mat , a blanket or light sweater , comfortable clothes , and, if you like, a pillow or eye mask for extra comfort. Ideally, you'll want to feel completely at ease so you can relax and absorb the vibrations. And, of course, don't forget your water !
